The Hindu Business Line : TVS Motor sells 68,874 bikes in November

TVS Motor Company sold 68,874 motorcycles in November. The company had sold 68,122 motorcycles in November 2005. Also, it had sold 92,328 motorcycles in October, compared with 85,463 in the same month last year.

The StaR City's new variant with electric start "continues to receive favourable response," according to a press release from the company.

TVS Motor Company sold 1,18,157 units (1,13,261 units) of all two-wheelers in November, a growth of 4 per cent.

The company also exported 7,500 units in November, a 23 per cent growth over the same month last year.
