New Analog test facility

Semiconductor firm Analog Devices inaugurated a new integrated circuit (IC) test development facility in the city. "This facility will enable us to undertake the product development cycle in its entirety from India, and also ensure that our products continue to deliver beyond our customers expectations by meeting the highest quality standards," said Mr Gerald McGuire, General Manager Convergent Platforms and Services Group, Analog Devices, in a press release issued by the company.

The India Product Development Centre, Bangalore is involved in some of the most challenging technologies today, such as high-speed DSP IC design, Analog IC design, and multimedia embedded software. Other groups include DSP Application Engineering and DSP Product and Test Engineering.
