Lukewarm response to IPOs of XL Telecom, Nissan Copper

Three public issues opened for subscription on Monday.

The initial public offering of Nissan Copper Ltd, with an issue size of 75.8 lakh equity shares, received 12,320 bids on the first day. The issue received 10,240 bids at the cut-off price. The price range of the issue has been fixed between Rs 33 and Rs 39.

The offering is open for subscription till December 8. Keynote Corporate Services Ltd is the book running lead manager to the issue.

The public offering of Ess Dee Aluminium Ltd was subscribed 38 per cent on the first day. The company is floating 69.6 lakh equity shares at a price band of Rs 200 and Rs 225.

Ess Dee received 26,51,075 bids, about 9,800 at cut-off price, on Monday. The offer is open for subscription till December 8. UTI Securities Ltd and Enam Financial Consultants are the book runners to the issue.

XL Telecom, on the first day of subscription, received 13,275 bids. The company is floating 39.56 lakh equity shares on a price band of Rs 125 and Rs 150.

The offer is open for subscription till December 7. Anand Rathi Securities Ltd and Centrum Capital Ltd are the lead managers to the issue.
