Media Video de-merges real estate unit

New Delhi, Dec. 4

Consumer electronics company Media Video Ltd announced on Monday the de-merger of its real estate division into a new company — MVL Infrastructure Ltd. The 25-year-old Media Video had recently launched its real estate division under the brand `MVL'.

The de-merger would also result in merging a wholly owned subsidiary of Media Video Ltd and six other associate/group/promoter companies, which are developing a township project in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana with MVL Infrastructure Ltd, according to a release by the company.
