Mumbai , Dec 6

JP Morgan has invested about Rs 274 crore in a premium residential project of Lodha Builders — `Lodha Bellissimo' — coming up at Apollo Mill lands in Mahalakshmi.

"We have invested significant time and effort in understanding the market and the key players.

"Lodha Builders' Bellissimo development represents everything we look for in a strong investment — a reputable partner with a strong track record, a market with solid real estate fundamentals, and a project with a great design and location and with superior supply and demand dynamics," said Mr Tyler E. Goodwin, Vice President, JP Morgan, in a press release.
