Our Bureau,

Bangalore , Dec. 7

The Delhi-based Jaaydaad.com, a real estate portal, has extended its services offline by setting up property showrooms backed by computer-aided database video-conferencing facility to infuse transparency into the unorganised industry.

Explaining the concept of Jaaydaad.com, Mr S.K. Jain, Chairman and Managing Director, said: "Through Jaaydaad.com, we aim to create the largest real estate marketing network in India. Currently, the marketing space in the real estate sector is completely unorganised."

A marketing network under the brand name Jaaydaad.com will be set up through a mix of company-owned and franchised units. Through its various online and offline products, Jaaydaad.com will connect all the stakeholders, including developers, investors, buyers and sellers, he added.

The company, a division of Global Infocom Ltd, an IT services player in the portal designing and development space, plans to set up 600 showrooms in the country in the next two years, with 22 of them having come up in Delhi.
