KSR group plans luxury flats project

Our Bureau

Hyderabad , Dec. 7

Taking luxury residential real estate to a new orbit, KSR group, in association with Jurong International of Singapore, is coming out with a 26-storeyed residential complex at Gachchibowli that would house 600 flats.

Designed by Jurong, which boasts some famed modern structures Fusionpolis in Singapore and an SEZ in China, the cosmopolitan project envisages developing 12 lakh sq ft of space.

The Singapore-based company was architect of projects such as Cyber Pearl in Hyderabad and the Reliance Energy City in Ghaziabad.

"We will launch the project in February next. The flats would be in the range of 1,200-2,500 sq ft," said Mr K. Ramana Reddy, Managing Director of KSR Properties Pvt Ltd.

The flats would cost Rs 45 lakh upwards. "The best thing about the project is the actual residential space would come up in 14 per cent of the area, with the rest being used for other amenities," he told newspersons on Monday.

It would house a luxury club, which is being planned as a regular feature of their premium residential projects.

"We are going to build these clubs, again in association with Jurong, at our future residential projects."

Giving a peep-in of the upcoming club at the Visakhapatnam project, he said that The Club@Sunny Isles would have guest rooms, residential suites, swimming pool, shopping areas and a games zone.
