Forrester Research Inc has ranked HCL Technologies' Infrastructure Services Division as a `Leader' in `Global Delivery of Infrastructure Management' in Europe.

HCL also received the highest score on criteria such as consolidation and virtualisation, service management, management tools, global delivery model, offshore and nearshore staff, vision and productivity investments, asset and staff transfer, adaptive sourcing, account profile revenue growth and desktops management.
