Pavan Vaish, CEO of IBM-Daksh

IBM has appointed Mr Pavan Vaish as CEO of IBM Daksh. As co-founder of Daksh e-Services. Mr Vaish has been associated with the company since it started. In his new role, he will lead IBM Daksh towards becoming a global BPO player. Previously he served as the COO of IBM Daksh, and had been the company's acting CEO since June, 2006. The company employs over 20,000 people based at 15 centres in India and the Philippines.
