UTI Mutual Fund is joining KBC (Kaun Banega Crorepati) bandwagon as associate sponsor. The fund house, the largest in India with about Rs 38,000 croreunder management, plans to leverage reach and popularity of KBC, which has actor Shahrukh Khan as the anchor. "For us, this is a crucial deal, a first for UTI MF. The association with KBC will help us demystify mutual funds. Also, the programme draws strength from knowledge and awareness of people. We intend to tap that as well," said Mr Jaideep Bhattacharya, Chief Marketing Officer, UTI MF.
