Sathiamangalam-based Bannariamman Institute of Technology (BIT) is all set to inaugurate the 36th ISTE (Indian Society for Technical Education) convention and national seminar on December 14.

The three-day meet on `Quality, Sustainability and Social Responsibility: Interfaces in Technical Education in the Context of Globalisation' would focus on social responsibility; competitiveness and quality; values and ethics in technical education, according to Dr Sundararaman, Director, BIT.
