DSCL ties up with Munich Airport

Infrastructure firm DS Constructions Ltd (DSCL) has announced that it has tied up with Flughafen Munchen GmbH (Munich International Airport) to bid for restructuring and modernisation of airport projects announced by the Centre. The consortium, under the name of `Indian Gateway Airports', will jointly participate in the bidding for the airports that have been identified by the Government, a company release said.

The consortium will form a special purpose vehicle to undertake work on the projects awarded to it. DSCL will be the lead member of the consortium holding an 80 per cent stake, while the balance 20 per cent will be held by Flughafen Munchen GmbH, it said.

Flughafen Munchen GmbH besides doing the master planning will provide the services related to management and operations, the related aeronautical and non-aeronautical services, and environment management, while DSCL will be responsible for infrastructure development and construction.
