Stellar opens Bangalore office

To boost its South India focus, Stellar Search and Selection Pvt Ltd, a New Delhi-based executive search firm, has started operations in Bangalore and plans to open a third office in Kolkata in 2007.

Major focus areas for Stellar in the South will be retail, healthcare, biotechnology and engineering sectors. Ms Shailja Dutt, Founder and Managing Director, said: "Many global conglomerates from sectors like healthcare, biotechnology, retail and engineering are Bangalore-based and in other Southern cities. Our expansion down South will create a unique value proposition for the executive search market."
