He was speaking at a seminar on service tax here on Tuesday organised by the Vizag commissionerate, Cocanada Chamber of Commerce and Godavari Chamber of Commerce. A help centre had been set up at the Cocanada Chamber of Commerce to help the assessees, he said. Mr D. Surya Rao, President of the Cocanada Chamber of Commerce; Mr P. Bhavana Prasad, President of the Godavari Chamber of Commerce; and Mr Neelank Kumar, Assistant Commissioner, Kakinada division, participated in the seminar.
