Hitachi Data Systems announced the appointment of Mr Michael Heitz as senior Director for its Channel Business in Asia Pacific. He will oversee the company's existing channels and strategic partnership functions in the Asia Pacific region. Mr Heitz will work with channel partners to bring solutions to enterprises in Asia Pacific. He will also adapt and implement the global channel strategy within the region to ensure alignment between regional goals and overall company strategy. Mr Heitz brings to the role a proven track record in Hitachi's Australian and New Zealand business
