Chennai , Dec. 26

"In the era of Internet revolution, what you browse sitting at Vellore or in a Metropolitan City is the same. Thus, the same information is available to everybody and everywhere. Therefore, the claim that the rural people do not have access to information and cannot aspire for better position in life is unfounded," said Mr Rajendra Kumar, Managing Director, Auro Ace Management Pvt Ltd, to the students of DKM College for Women, Vellore.

Speaking about the important traits that one should have, Mr Kumar said one should have key traits such as attitude - that determines one's altitude, initiative - that leads to innovation, and persistency - that leads to pro-activeness.

"What Dhirubai Ambani had and what missing in us is the right attitude and aggression".

The change in the attitude of the Government, bureaucrats and politicians has helped India grow. Investors now have great respect for the Indian political system, which is evident from the fact that foreign investments in India are growing at a great pace, he pointed out.

Some of the drawbacks that Indians have in general are ego — "Do not have ego, have an open mind"; we always work on presumption and assumption and not on reality, the habit of accusation. "Those who accuse does not have solutions," he said.
