G.K. Gupta is new FIEO President

The Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) has a new President in Mr G.K. Gupta, Managing Director of Vijay Silk House, Mumbai. He has been elected for a period of two years at the 200th managing committee meeting of FIEO held in the Capital today.

Prior to this elevation, Mr Gupta was Vice-President, FIEO, and also the Chairman of the federation's western region. Meanwhile, Mr A. Sakthivel, Managing Director, Poppy's Knitwear, has been elected as Vice-President of FIEO. He was earlier the Chairman of FIEO's southern region.
