Bangalore, Dec. 29

RCI, leader in vacation ownership exchange, has accorded its affiliation to Bal Samand Lake Palace, located eight km from Jodhpur.

The picturesque red sandstone architecture, sandwiched between the ancient capital of Marwar, Mandore and Jodhpur, was built by Maharaja Jaswant Singh I of Jodhpur in 17th century.

According to Ms Radhika Shastry, Director, Global Business Group - India, RCI Global Vacation Network, "RCI makes a conscious effort to affiliate resorts that offer a truly unique holiday experience to its Indian and international exchange guests. Over the last few years, we have added to our list of vacation experiences adventure holidays, wildlife experiences and heritage holidays which has been enhanced further with the affiliation of the Lake Palace. We have created yet another holiday milestone for the discerning vacationer."

Combining the aura of old world charm with modern conveniences, the Palace resort offers a wide range of recreational and leisure facilities that cater to the needs of the modern vacationer.
