Polaris director resigns

Chennai, Jan. 5

Mr Nanoo G. Pamnani, a Director of Polaris Software Lab and a nominee of Citigroup, has resigned from the directorship of the company from January 1.

Mr Pamnani came on board Polaris in 2004 as Director, Strategic Technology, Operations and Special Projects for Consumer Business, Asia Pacific, Citibank N.A. He then replaced Mr Venkatachalam Krishnakumar, Vice-President and Regional Director - Asia Pacific, Citigroup, as director at Polaris.

Polaris has declined to comment.
