New Products & Services States - Andhra Pradesh Group Welkin launches Maple kitchen appliances Our Bureau
Hyderabad , Jan. 7 Group Welkin, a leading marketing house here, has announced the launch of its own `Maple' brand kitchen appliances. It has targeted sales of Rs 25 crore during 2007, according to Mr Praful K. Dharod, Managing Director. The brand would be launched across South India by June and rest of the country by the end of the year, in all the leading kitchenware and home appliances retail outlets, he said in a press release here. The range of products includes rice cookers, coffee makers, hand blenders, electric kettles, juicers, iron, toasters etc. Group Welkin, the new name of Mahavir Enterprises, has built a network of 1,260 dealers, 450 stockists and 225 distributors across the country to strengthen its growth plans. The company, with a turnover of over Rs 100 crore, markets leading national and international brands also, the release said.
