Vijay Tex plans IT park

Vijay Textiles has proposed to enter into an agreement with Meenakshi Infrastructures Private Ltd for the construction of a multi-storeyed IT park in Hyderabad. The company has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the board meeting would be held on January 16 to consider the proposal.

The IT park, which would have a built-up area of about 2.25 lakh sq. ft., would be taken up at a cost of Rs 101.25 crore.
