Genpact signed a five-year contract to provide finance and accounting activities for US-based Kimberly-Clark Corporation on Tuesday. Genpact will support the company's global operations in the areas of accounts payable and travel expenses, pricing administration, accounting-to-reporting and supply-chain accounting.

"We look forward to partnering with Kimberly-Clark in ways that will not only improve processes, but contribute substantial bottomline savings as well," said Mr Pramod Bhasin, Genpact President and Chief Executive Officer. The company's employee strength stands at 27,000, with operations in India, China, Hungary, the Philippines, Romania, Poland, the US and Mexico.
