Pune, Jan. 10

The Harbinger Group, provider of software products and services in the e-learning space, has entered into a partnership with the US-based GeoLearning Inc, provider of managed learning services for interactive content creation. GeoLearning has presence in the Government and non-profit sector. Harbinger has in its portfolio, Elicitus and Raptivity, the e-learning tools.

Mr Vikas Joshi, Chairman and Managing Director, Harbinger Group, said Raptivity would be bundled with GeoLearning offerings and that the intellectual property rights would remain with Harbinger.

Mr Vikas said the company is estimating a turnover of Rs 15 crore for the current fiscal and is also adding 5,000 sq. ft. Harbinger has also released the Raptivity 4.0, which enables the tracking of learning interactions. It now tracks interaction completion status, score and learner responses, and exposes this data to authoring tools. Raptivity 1.0 was launched in 2006 and has had four releases last year, he added.
