NEPC Textiles becomes debt-free

Coimbatore-based NEPC Textiles, which has become debt free, has decided to increase the capacity of the textile mill. In a communication to the NSE, NEPC Textiles Ltd said the company board, at its meeting held on January 10, recorded its appreciation of the fact that it has successfully settled the debts with the lending bank/institutions and has now become a `fully debt free company'.

The board approved a proposal for modernisation of the textile mill at Kannampalayam in Coimbatore district. The meeting decided to explore the possibility of capital reduction and to come out with specific plans in this regard.
