Aban Offshore Ltd has informed the BSE that the company through its subsidiary Aban 8 Pte Ltd has entered into a memorandum of understanding on Friday, for setting up of joint venture with the Gujarat Government through its nominated company Gujarat State Petroleum Corporations Ltd for offshore drilling services. The joint venture will be functioning through special purpose vehicle.
