TMA bid to evolve vision for the city

The annual convention of the Trivandrum Management Association (TMA) will be held in the city on January 27. Called `TRIMA 2007', the event will focus on the theme `A New Vision - Capital Region Development', says a TMA press release.

TRIMA 2007 will attempt to evolve a new vision for the development of Thiruvananthapuram and create a plan to turn this vision into reality, the release added. The convention will be held at Mascot Hotel in the city.

The Mayor of Thiruvananthapuram, Mr Jayan Babu, is scheduled to inaugurate the convention. Mr T.K.A. Nair, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, will be the chief guest at the valedictory session.
