Employee morale

This is with reference to "When it's all work and no say" (Business Line, January 15).

The author has explained how participative methods adopted by Japanese companies could make the organisation more successful.

The system could give importance to every employee, promote team spirit and involvement, improve methods to cut cost and increase productivity, create a sense of identity, minimise labour problems leading to better profits.
