EXL buys Pune facility

New Delhi , Jan. 18

ExlService Holdings (EXL) has announced the purchase of its delivery centre in Pune at an approximate cost of $3 million. The facility, which had been under a lease agreement till now has a capacity of around 1,000 seats. This would provide EXL full ownership of its Pune delivery centre. "The purchased facility space is situated at Cybercity, Pune, with an approximate size of 86,000 square feet," said Mr Vikram Talwar, CEO and Vice-Chairman, EXL.

EXL is a provider of offshore solutions, including business process outsourcing, research and analytics, and risk advisory services.
