First women President for ICSI

New Delhi, Jan. 19

Ms Preeti Malhotra, who has been elected as President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, is the first woman to have been elected to the post.

Ms Malhotra is currently the Director and Company Secretary of Spice Communications Private Ltd. Mr Keyoor M Bakshi, a practising company secretary in Ahmedabad, has been elected as Vice-President of the Institute.
