TAL is also entering into collaboration with MAUS, a Carraro Group Company, to bring high-end vertical turning centres to the Indian market. Vertical turning centres are widely used in the automotive, aerospace, bearings, energy and offshore equipment industry. Heller specialises in high-end machining solutions, machining centres and flexible manufacturing systems. The collaboration with Heller will bring in competitively priced machines, said TAL. The production of machines and aggregates will be done at TAL's facilities in Pune in a phased manner. The launch of new generation machines - Vertimach Series - V40, V400 LAPC by TAL is meant to meet the requirements of the growing component machining industries in India. These machines will manufacture light-to-heavy components for the automotive sector.
