Oracle ups stake in i-flex

Oracle Global's holding in i-flex Solutions has gone up to 82.83 per cent from 55 per cent, consequent to its recent open offer. Oracle acquired 22,807,513 shares of i-flex ((28 per cent) during the offer.

The US-based company had revised its open offer in December for the publicly held shares of i-flex, raising the offer price by 41 per cent and the offer size to 34 per cent of i-flex's equity stake, up from 20 per cent earlier. The revised offer for increasing its stake to 90 per cent, at Rs 2,100 a share, closed on December 23. The i-flex stock closed at Rs 2,069.95 on Monday, down by 0.94 per cent, on the BSE.
