The Hindu Business Line : SBH hikes deposit rates

State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH) has revised the interest rates on domestic term deposits with effect from Monday. The new rates are: For deposits below Rs 15 lakh and period of 91 to 179 days, the new interest rates would be 5.75 per cent (5.75); for 180 to less than one year 6.50 per cent (6.5); one year to less than 2 years, new is 8 per cent (7.5); two year to less than 3 years, new is 8 per cent (7.5); three years to less than 5 years, 8 per cent (7.75).

For deposits of Rs 15 lakhs and upto Rs 5 crores, the revised interest rates are: Between 91 to 179 days, new is 6 per cent (6); 180 to less than one year, 6.75 per cent (6.75); one year to less than 2 years, 8.25 per cent (7.75); two years to less than 3 years, 8.25 per cent (7.75); three years to less than 5 years, 8.25 per cent (8), according to a bank press release.
