New Delhi Jan. 22 The Delhi High Court on Monday further extended the stay on Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd's 45.5 million line cellular contract till February 1. The case, which came up for hearing today, was postponed by the court till February 1.

The case was filed by Motorola Inc against BSNL's decision to keep it out of the bidding for the mega cellular contract. Motorola has sought to be reinstated in the bidding process. While BSNL has said that Motorola and China's ZTE Corp were eliminated because they didn't meet technical specifications, Motorola challenged the disqualification in court.
