Mergers & Acquisitions GCI Solutions buys IVL India Our Bureau
The privately held, Thiruvananthapuram-based IVL India offers a range of post-implementation services for SAP customers like application management among others and also sells about seven SAP-based products under the OptiBiz brand. IVL India clocked revenue of Rs 20 crore for 2005-06 and its profit margins were in the range of 20-25 per cent. Announcing the buy-out Mr Jawahar Beekay, CEO of GCI Solutions, said the acquisition would help GCI scale up its ERP capabilities both in domestic and overseas markets.
