New Delhi Jan. 24 The Delhi-based real estate player Eros Group has acquired three acres of land in Dwarka for Rs 234 crore through DDA auction. The company plans retail-cum-commercial development at a total outlay of Rs 500 crore. It plans to develop 1,50,000 sq. ft for the purpose.
