New Delhi Jan. 24 Real estate player Parsvnath Developers Ltd has won the bid to develop a city centre in Ranchi in Jharkhand. The project value will be around Rs 400 crore. The tentative saleable area of the project will be 10,00,000 lakh sq ft.
