Himachal Futuristic net up 51 pc

Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd on Wednesday reported a 51 per cent increase in its third quarter profits, to Rs 44.81 crore. The company's revenues increased by 87 per cent to Rs 318.29 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.

While revenues from telecom products accounted for Rs 137.42 crore during the quarter, revenue from turnkey contracts was at Rs 179.15 crore. The company said that it has orders worth Rs 540 crore in the pipeline.
