Envestnet to expand Indian operations

Thiruvananthapuram Jan. 25 The US-based Envestnet Asset Management, specialising in fee-based wealth management solutions, is planning to expand operations at its facility here.

The company has a 165-member team of technology and operations professionals based in Thiruvananthapuram and in the context of rapid growth in its client base in the US, the strength of the employees will be enhanced to 200, according to Mr Babu Srinivasan, Senior Vice-president of Envestnet.

He said that the company, founded in 2000, had run up revenues to the tune of $64 million and the assets managed on its platform had crossed $37 billion.

The India office here supports the technology development, maintenance, opera- tions and administration aspects of the solutions platform. The company's unified wealth management platform was being used by major financial institutions in the US.
