The Hindu Business Line : HSL to deliver 7 vessels

Hindusthan Shipyard Ltd (HSL) here is set for a record production during the current financial year and in all, seven ships (four big ones and three smaller ones) will be delivered during the year, according to the Chairman and Managing Director, Rear Admiral Ajit Tewari. Addressing the gathering on the occasion of the Republic Day, he said this would be a landmark year in the history of HSL. The total weight of the seven vessels would be 1,12,000 DWT. He stressed the need for increasing productivity, which is crucial for the revival of the yard.
