Andhra Pradesh plans `concept schools'

Hyderabad Jan. 28 Dr Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, has announced that the Government would open 3,000 `concept schools' in the State in the next two years. These schools will follow the CBSE syllabus.

The Chief Minister, said that at least two such schools would be set up in each district under public-private partnership.

These schools will offer residential education and start functioning from the next academic year. The concept schools will admit students in Class VI.
