Mumbai Jan. 28 Shareholders of Reliance Communications Ltd (RCOM) have approved a scheme of transfer of the existing wireless towers (CDMA and GSM) and related infrastructure of the company to its subsidiary, Reliance Telecom Infrastructure Ltd (RTIL).
