Mumbai Jan. 29 Hinduja TMT Ltd and UK- based business consulting and outsourcing firm Centric have entered into a joint venture with law firm Fox Mandal Little to provide legal outsourcing services to multinational companies and various international law firms.

According to a statement issued to the BSE, the new entity will be called Centric LPO and will be a subsidiary of HTMT The joint venture marks HTMT's entry into the legal process outsourcing sector.
