Real Estate & Construction IVRCL turnover up 42.5 pc in Q3 Our Bureau
The profit before tax (PBT) went up to Rs 41.57 crore (Rs 22.79 crore), an increase of 82.39 per cent. For the nine-month period, the company's turnover stood at Rs 1,337.12 crore (Rs 918.85 crore), registering a growth of 45.52 per cent. The PBT was put at Rs 87 crore (Rs 52.11 crore), recording an increase of 66.87 per cent. IVRCL's listed subsidiary Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Ltd achieved net sales of Rs 134 crore during the nine-month period as against Rs 95.61 crore in the same period the previous year. The PBT went up to Rs 12.58 crore from Rs 4.87 crore. According to Mr E. Sudhir Reddy, Chairman and Managing Director, the company had plans to develop about 57 million sq ft. The company's land reserves of 2,299 acres were valued in the region of Rs 4,999 crore to Rs 5,525 crore.
