Screen protector kits

Hyderabad Jan. 30 A UK-based company ScratchGard, through its Indian subsidiary, has rolled out a series of screen protector kits that meet the specific requirements of different mobile devices and the company plans to offer similar products for laptops and LCD monitors.

The Managing Director of ScratchGard Overseas, a fully owned subsidiary of the UK-based ScratchGard, Mr Rahul Bathija, said that the company was in parleys, both globally as also in India, with original equipment manufacturers, particularly mobile handset manufacturers, personal computers and LCD monitor manufacturers, to offer screen protector kits along with the product.

Addressing a press conference today to announce the launch of new products here, Mr Bathija said the products were present in some 2,500 outlets in the country.

The company plans to increase this to 5,000 by the end of 2007.
