Mr S. Gagarin has been appointed as the Group General Manager (GGM) of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd covering the Bangalore, Mysore and Hubli divisions of South Western Railway (SWR). He was earlier the Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Bangalore, SWR. Mr Gagarin, who has worked in various capacities in Operations, Safety & Commercial Departments in Southern and South Western Railway, belongs to the 1987 batch of Indian Railway Traffic Services.
