Nabard to hold credit seminar

The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Nabard) is organising a `State credit seminar 2007-08' on February 1 at its regional office here. The participants will include senior executives of Nabard, the RBI, commercial banks, cooperative banks and regional rural banks in the State and principal secretaries, and secretaries representing various Government departments, according a statement from Nabard. There will be presentations on sectors such as plantation and horticulture, animal husbandry, inland fisheries, micro credit, minor irrigation, watershed and land development.
