Visakhapatnam Jan. 31 Bandh was observed here on Wednesday, in response to the call given by an all-party committee, to protest against the move of the State Government to locate the proposed deepwater port at Goguleru in the vicinity of Bhimavaram town in West Godavari rather than at Gilakaladindi near here.
