Eco-tourism project in Munnar

Srinivasa Shipping & Property Development Ltd will take up an eco-tourism project on 300 acres in Munnar, Kerala, of projected sale value of approximately Rs 100 crore. The Board of Directors of the company has approved the project. It has also decided to allot 5, 750 Equity Shares in lieu of conversion of warrants by some warrant holders. An Allotment Committee has been constituted for taking up conversion of warrants into Equity Shares. The Board, which met on Wednesday, also okayed the shifting of the Registered office in Hyderabad to a new premises in Banjara Hills, a company release said.
