Mumbai Feb. 2 Welspun India Ltd has reported a 115.43 per cent rise in net profit at Rs 15.92 crore (Rs 7.39 crore) for the quarter ended December 31. Net sales rose 65.43 per cent to Rs 255.42 crore (Rs 154.40 crore).

The towel division has continued its good performance for the quarter and is operating at 90 per cent capacity.
