Sundaram Finance buys out stake in Home Finance

Chennai Feb. 2 Sundaram Finance has bought out the 25 per cent stake held by multilateral lending agencies, FMO of Netherlands and IFC, Washington, in Sundaram Home Finance Ltd for a consideration of Rs 48.52 crore, the company informed the stock exchanges on Friday.

"Consequent to this acquisition, Sundaram Home Finance Ltd has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of our company," says a notice of Sundaram Finance to the stock exchanges.
